Our Return Policy

Thank you for your recent purchase. At Asmar Equestrian, we value your business and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 15 days of the ship date.

We are pleased to announce that we now offer the added convenience of instant exchanges for both our USA & CND clients.  To initiate the process, simply provide your credit card information as a precautionary measure in the unlikely event that the original item is not returned within 15 days, you will be charged for the replacement item.  If there is an unforeseeable delay, no worries just reach out to our customer service team as they are happy to help!


How do I return my USA & CND order?

  1. Complete the Return Form
  2. Fill out the Return Form and select Refund or Exchange. 
  3. A shipping label will be provided at the end of the return process, please print out and place on the return shipment. 
  4. Once you have received confirmation that your return has been delivered our warehouse please allow approx. 10+ business days to process your return.

      What can I return?

      Any unworn item(s) with original tags still attached purchased within 15 days can be returned for a refund, provided they are in the same condition that you received them in.

      In the event that an item to be exchanged at the time of the return becomes not available once the returned item is received into the warehouse and processed, the customer will receive a refund for their returned item.

      *Production Companies will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 


      What can't I return?

      The following are not eligible for refund or exchange:

      • All PPE items (face masks & face shields)
      • All private custom logoed items
      • Accessories
      • Gifts with Purchase
      • E-Gift Cards
      • Original Shipping Fees
      • Embroidered items

      Price Adjustments?

      Should you have purchased an item and it is discounted within 3 days of your order date, we are happy to credit you the difference. Please contact us at


      *Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded and we will not cover the shipping cost back to the customer. When selecting a delivery method, not provided for in our return conditions, we consider that it is your responsibility and you must bear the direct cost of both shipping and the product in the event of loss. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation, in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.  We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
