Our Return Policy

Thank you for your recent purchase. At Asmar Equestrian, we value your business and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of the ship date.

As part of our Customer Experience, we offer online exchanges, in-store credits and refunds. Credits will be in the form of a gift card that you can use at any time with no expiry date. *We are pleased to announce that all Continental USA & CDN return fees will be covered by Asmar Equestrian.

Online credits will be displayed as gift cards and a code will be emailed to the customer to use at a later date.

 

How do I return my USA order?

  1. Complete the Return Form
  2. Fill out the Return Form and select Refund, Store Credit or Exchange. *Please note that exchange orders will not ship until your returned item(s) have been fully processed and if the exchange item(s) are still in stock – if you need your exchange item(s) sent out right away, please refer to below questionWhat if I need my exchange item(s) sent out immediately?"
  3. Continental USA orders only will receive a prepaid return shipping label. It will be provided at the end of the return process, please print out and place on the return shipment. *The shipping label is valid for 10 business days.
  4. Once you have received confirmation that your return has been delivered our warehouse please allow approx. 5-10 business days to process your return.

How do I return my Canadian order?

  1. Complete the Return Form Process online
  2. Fill out the Return and select Refund, Store Credit or Exchange *Please note that exchange orders will not ship until your returned item(s) have been fully processed and if the exchange item(s) are still in stock – if you need your exchange item(s) sent out right away, please refer to below questionWhat if I need my exchange item(s) sent out immediately?”
  3. Canadian orders will receive a return authorization form that will be provided at the end of the return process, please print out and put inside your return shipment – Please contact our customer care team at hello@asmarequestrian.com or call us at 1-800-772-1408 Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm PST to obtain your prepaid return label.
  4. Once you have received confirmation that your return has been delivered to our warehouse please allow approx. 10-15 business days to process your return. 

How do I return my International order?

  1. Complete the Return Form Process online.
  2. Fill out the Return Form and select Refund, Store Credit or Exchange. *Please note that exchange orders will not ship until your returned item(s) have been fully processed and if the exchange item(s) are still in stock – if you need your exchange item(s) sent out right away, please refer to below questionWhat if I need my exchange item(s) sent out immediately?”
  3. International orders will receive a return authorization form that will be provided at the end of the return process, please print out and put inside your return shipment - the return shipping address is indicated on this form and you will need to send it back on a carrier of your choice and at your cost.
  4. Once you have received confirmation that your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow approx. 5-10 business days to process your return.

 

What if I need my exchange item(s) sent out immediately? 

  1. Complete the Return Form process online
  2. Fill out the Return and select REFUND if applicable or Store Credit for a future purchase
  3. Follow the above instructions for USA, CND, and INTL return process.
  4. Go to our website asmarequestrian.com and place a new order as it will ship out the same or next business day

What can I return?

Any unworn item(s) with original tags still attached purchased within 30 days can be returned for a full refund, provided they are in the same condition that you received them in.

*Please note that any “Sale or discounted” items are non-refundable, but you will be able to exchange or receive a store credit within 30 days of purchase. 

In the event that an item to be exchanged at the time of the return becomes not available once the returned item is received into the warehouse and processed, the customer will have the ability to re-select another item or opt for an in-store Credit to be used at a later date.

 

What can't I return?

The following are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • All PPE items (face masks & face shields)
  • All private custom logoed items
  • Accessories
  • Gifts with Purchase
  • E-Gift Cards
  • Original Shipping Fees
  • Embroidered items

Price Adjustments?

Should you have purchased an item and it is discounted within 7 days, we are happy to credit you the difference. Please contact us at hello@asmarequestrian.com.

 

*Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded and we will not cover the shipping cost back to the customer. When selecting a delivery method, not provided for in our return conditions, we consider that it is your responsibility and you must bear the direct cost of both shipping and the product in the event of loss. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation, in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.  We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
