Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 45 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. You must obtain a return authorization number (RMA #) prior to returning your items. Otherwise, your return shipment will be rejected.

Please note: Sale and discounted merchandise are a final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I return items?

  1. Complete a Return Form - For your convenience, with every order we ship we include a Return Form with the items that were shipped to you are already listed — just fill out the form on which items you are returning. Items in their original packaging, in unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached are eligible for return (Sale and discounted merchandise are a final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange).

  2. Securely package your items. Enclose a copy of your Return Form. Remove address label from your Return Form and place it on your package - you are responsible for the cost of your return shipping cost back to our warehouse.

  3. We recommend you send items by a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for packages not received. Allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return. Shipping is not refunded.

What is eligible for return?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you’re not, let us know within 45 days. Call our team at 1-800-772-1408 or 604-534-9667. We’ll give you a refund or send you another size, color, or even a new style. Items purchased from this website, in their original packaging, in unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached are eligible for return. Sale/discounted, custom order, or embroidered items are not eligible for return. Items being returned past 45 days may not be accepted and/or incur a 15% late fee.

We will gladly make price adjustments on items that are purchased at the full retail price within seven days from the date on your invoice. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are not eligible for further price adjustment and are deemed final sale.
