How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are often processed the same or next business day. You'll get an email confirmation so you can track your shipment too. Standard ground shipping within Canada & USA is 5-7 business day.s If you need your order faster, and expedited shipping is available in your area, this option will appear at checkout for an additional charge. International orders will take longer to process and we appreciate your patience.
What currency are orders billed?
All orders will be billed in US currency. You can view the amount you will be billed in your shopping cart.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and your location. We ship from our warehouse in Blaine, Washington, USA using Fedex ground service unless otherwise requested. We provide competitive rates by passing on our shipping discounts to our customers. You will have the opportunity to view the shipping cost before payment at check out.
Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Yes. We ship worldwide using UPS. There will be no extra duties or brokerage fees for Canadian bound shipments. Clients outside of USA and Canada are responsible for their own local duties / brokerage fees. We do not include nor reimburse the costs of duties and taxes imposed by foreign governments.
Are there any additional costs to my order, such as tax or brokerage fees?
Canadian residents are subject to GST/HST. Washington State residents are subject to Washington State Sales Tax. Clients outside of USA and Canada are responsible for their own local duties / brokerage fees. We do not include nor reimburse the costs of duties and taxes imposed by foreign governments.
