How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Your order will ship out the next business day*. You'll get an email confirmation so you can track your shipment too.
Standard ground shipping within Canada & USA is 4-7 business days.
Expedited shipping is available USA & Int’l orders with options for 1-3 business days.
International orders outside of Canada and the US will take longer to process and we appreciate your patience.
*Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as actual shipping days.

 

 

What is the method of shipping?

We use UPS & USPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

What currency are orders billed?

All orders will be billed in US currency. You can view the amount you will be billed in your shopping cart.

 

 

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping to the continental US. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate fee that includes all customs and duties.
Shipping to Japan, UAE, France, Germany, and the Netherlands is $48.
Shipping to Australia and New Zealand is $58.
Shipping costs outside of these regions are calculated by weight and your location.

We ship from our warehouse in Blaine, Washington, USA. You will have the opportunity to view the shipping cost before payment at check out. Shipping outside of Canada may be subject to additional customs and duties. Asmar Equestrian is not responsible for these costs.

 

 

Do you ship outside the US and Canada?

Yes. We ship worldwide using UPS. There will be no extra duties or brokerage fees for Canadian bound shipments. Clients outside of USA and Canada are responsible for their own local duties / brokerage fees. We do not include nor reimburse the costs of duties and taxes imposed by foreign governments.

 

 

How much does it cost to ship to Canada?

Due to global supply chain issues and current events impacting shipping and logistics worldwide, Asmar Equestrian has made the decision to introduce flat rate shipping on CDN orders. Flat rate fee covers the cost of shipping and applicable customs and duties ensuring your items arrive as quickly as possible without any additional costs or surprises.

 

 

Are there any additional costs to my order, such as tax or brokerage fees?

Canadian residents are subject to GST/HST. USA orders are subject to their State Sales Tax. Clients outside of USA and Canada are responsible for their own local duties / brokerage fees. We do not include nor reimburse the costs of duties and taxes imposed by foreign governments.

 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal & Klarna payment plan.  Pre-payment by means of company check or wire bank transfer can be arranged by calling 1-800-772-1408.
